Massachusetts Forum of Estate Planning Attorneys


The Massachusetts Forum of Estate Planning Attorneys is a collegial group of lawyers who practice in the areas of estate planning, business planning, asset protection planning, elder law, taxation, or trust and estate administration within New England.


Membership is open to any such attorney who is licensed to practice law under the jurisdiction of any state in the United States; and who is a member of WealthCounsel LLC, ElderCounsel, LLC or The Advisors Forum, LLC or any other WealthCounsel affiliate.

  • Eligibility to vote for the Board of officers and directors who set the programming and priorities and direction for the group through the year
  • FREE half day quarterly CLE meetings (Nonmembers pay $50 per meeting or $200 for all 4 quarterly half day programs throughout the year).

The Board of Directors has kept the dues for the 2017 calendar year (January 1 - December 31, 2017) at $100 per participant/member. Each member of a firm who wants to attend must either pay annual membership dues or meeting fees.  We encourage all members to renew annually at the start of the year as we are unable to pro-rate the annual dues.
